Eat 'em up Tigers, EAT 'EM UP!

Ya can't come to Michigan during baseball season and not go to Comerica Park (Especially when the Tigers are in the race for the pennant!)
We got Eli a cute little outfit-complete with hat! He was ready to go!

Mom & Dad in front of the tiger

The happy family :) Even Edgar wore a Tigers' shirt!

Once we got inside the park Grandma took Eli on his first carousel ride. I think I took about 100 pictures-literally! He was SO cute holding on to the pole!

I'm not sure who had more fun...Eli or Grandma :)

Doesn't Eli look a little overwhelmed? There was SO much to look at!

On our way to the Ferris Wheel we saw Paws! We were so excited to get our picture taken with the Tigers' mascot!

A pretty cool Ferris Wheel, don't ya think?

I went on with Eli & mom. I was a little surprised at how uneasy I was with the ride-I used to be able to ride rides so easily! Now I get dizzy and off balance :) Guess I'm getting old...

Havin' fun...while VERY high up!

cutie!

'Wave at daddy!'

We got a family shot in front of the baseball fountain. I'm pretty sure Eli was more interested in the water than the camera, but mom got this shot :)

'See, Eli, you ARE a Tigers' fan!'

Oh yeah...there was a game too. We sat at the very top of the 200 section-it was perfect! There was a space behind us to put all of our 'stuff'. We were pretty high up, but you could still see really well.

My favorite player-Brandon Inge (3rd base)

Mom's favorite-Magglio Ordonez (Right Field)

Nate Robinson pitched. He didn't do so great, and left with an injury.

Comerica Park.
This is a beautiful field. It's so much fun to go to an outdoor park! The weather was really nice too. It was a little breezy, but we put a jacket and long pants on Eli and he was fine. He did fall asleep for about 20 minutes, but all the cheering woke him up, and he didn't fall asleep until about midnight. Believe it or not, he never got fussy at all! He really enjoyed watching everything, and was very entertaining to the people around him :)
The Tigers, unfortunately, did not win...They are first in their division right now, but they need to get winnin'!
We had such a good time! I can't wait to go back :)

Those pictures of Eli are beautiful! I love the one just before all the baseball players. So cute in his little baseball cap!

I can't believe I have to remind you of this, ELI, but YOU ARE A RAYS FAN!!! Uncle Ryan said so, and he's smart. Don't look at the Ray's 11 game losing streak for verification of this, however. GO RAYS! Although, you are a cute little Tiger, but get over it already, ok?!?!
