This summer we enrolled Eli & Leah in gymnastics. I finally got around to taking my camera with me. They both really enjoy going.
I think Leah's favorite thing to play on is the trampoline. That girl loves to jump!
Her class is a little less structured than Eli's class...they go through the same circuits as Eli's class, just a lot faster, and only one time through each, while Eli's class will go through them 2-3 times. Leah's class has a lot of free play time-which Leah loves :)
TA-DA! (How's her form, Aunt Randee? :) )
Working on the bar. She loves to hang and swing on the bars.
For the last 5-10 minutes they play on the big parachute. As soon as she sees it she says 'Wheels on the Bus!' because at the end they all sit in the middle, and the parents hold the ends of the parachute and take them for a ride while singing 'The Wheels on the Bus'.
Leah's class is at 9, and Eli's is at 10, so after Leah is done, I take her home and switch kids. Eli's class has a longer warm-up and then they go to their circuit.
Eli working on his forward roll.
He likes swinging on the bars too :)
Eli running under the parachute. He gets so excited for that part!
We've enjoyed having the kids in gymnastics. It's really good for them, and they love going. When they qualify for the Olympics, I'll let you know ;)
