We were thrilled to take our annual trip to the Olive Garden to celebrate Carly's birthday. She's growing up so fast! As I put Leah's hair in a little pony tail on the top of her hair and fluffed her little curls, I couldn't help but remember when Carly was running around with that same hair-do :)
Eli loves Olive Garden...because he can play with the sugar packets. He can always entertain himself.
These are a pair of shoes that Carly designed herself with her grandmother. Very cool. Pretty sure she needs to design a pair for me...
We got her duct tape. Lots of duct tape. The perfect gift from Uncle Edgar ;) She is pretty handy at making things out of duct tape. I'm still waiting for my duct tape purse...or maybe a wallet...or a bracelet. I'm not picky.
Opening the gift from Grandpa & Grandma McGregor. It was a very nice evening. We were entertained by Ben comparing his recent cruise with Uncle Rodney's recent cruise...and the funny stories from their trip. It's always nice to get together with them...since we live a whopping 2 1/2 miles apart and still struggle to find time to hang out :) Apparently we need to go to Olive Garden more often ;)
