We decided we'd try something new with Leah. 
Cloth diapers. Fortunately, Leilani is letting us borrow her newborn diapers so we haven't made a big investment yet. We're trying it out, seeing if we like it. So far, so good...ya know...7 hours in. I have pink and purple diaper covers on order...right now all I have is orange and blue. Gotta get some girlie colors.
Does this diaper make my butt look big? (ummmm...yeah...actually it does. Much bulkier than disposable.)
